Ashleigh is a counseling intern. She is LGBTQ+ and non-monogamy affirming. She works with teens and adults through a lens of attachment, ego-states (parts work), feminist, and queer theories and is EMDR trained. Her areas of special interest include developmental trauma, religious trauma, life transitions, codependency, and boundaries.
As a counselor, Ashleigh is warm, empathic, and collaborative. She believes you have the resources within to heal and provides a safe environment for that process. She prioritizes informed consent and will move with you at your pace.
