What if your self love was so strong and firmly rooted that nothing could make you question your wonderfulness; how would that change you?
How would it change your interactions with yourself, others, and the environment you live in?
How would it change your thoughts and your words?
How would it change your goals and your behaviors?
I want to help you with that self love! With that, here is the name of my new website and blog: SELF PINE!
Let me explain…
Self pine means to love and respect yourself deeply and completely. That sense of longing translates to continuously working towards self love, self care, self compassion and self wisdom. It leads to seeking out knowledge on a variety of subjects that interest you and feed your overall health including your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social health. It means asking for help when you need it and pushing yourself when it’s time. It means exploring all aspects of yourself and your world so you can be joyful and always growing. These are the topics I will be covering in my posts and videos.
Pine trees represent peace makers, helpers, listeners and friends. They are imaginative, poetic, strong, and loving. They also symbolize stepping back and looking at the larger picture. Pine trees are growth oriented and they are firmly rooted within the earth which provides a sense of support and a healing energy.
The meanings behind pine trees speak to me as a reminder in my career, relationships and internal growth. I am a passionate helper and have been since I was little. Since I am the first born child in my family, I was frequently found helping my siblings and others while working as a peacemaker amongst my friends.
This blog and my website are opportunities for you to learn tools and practice introspection in order to grow towards the best version of yourself.
Pine trees are firmly rooted, yet always rising. All humans want in life is happiness and stability. Be like a pine tree and pine for yourself.
Even though it is now March, I would love to read some of your goals for 2018 so I can make future posts and videos about your areas of desired improvement.
