Hannah Hammudeh, LCSW
Hannah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from Boise State University. With a background in both behavioral and clinical work, Hannah brings a compassionate and integrative approach to her therapeutic practice. She has extensive experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and clients who are navigating high levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. She is particularly passionate about supporting adolescents, women, parents, and LGBTQ+ individuals as they move through life’s transitions, challenges, and healing processes.
Hannah is a Brainspotting practitioner and uses this powerful modality to help clients access and process trauma held in the body and subconscious mind. Brainspotting can be especially effective for individuals who struggle to articulate their experiences with words, offering a deep and transformative pathway to healing. She also incorporates play therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) into her work, always tailoring her approach to what best fits the needs and goals of each unique client.
Hannah believes that therapy is a collaborative journey and that each client is the expert in their own life. Her role is to offer support, tools, and a safe, accepting space to help clients navigate their path with more clarity, connection, and confidence.
Outside of the therapy room, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, being creative, and making memories with her husband and daughter.
