Taylor Wikert, LCSW

Taylor Wikert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from Boise State University. She specializes in supporting teens (15 and up) and adults as they navigate trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, body image struggles, grief, and other life challenges. She also specializes in working with student athletes, supporting them as they navigate the unique pressures of balancing academics, athletics, relationships, and personal well-being. Whether working with a student athlete or another client, she believes that no one should have to face these experiences alone and is passionate about helping clients heal from the past while creating a future that feels hopeful, purposeful, and possible.

Her first priority is creating a therapy space that feels safe, steady, compassionate, and free of judgment. She understands how vulnerable it can feel to begin therapy, especially after carrying difficult experiences on your own. She walks alongside her clients with warmth and curiosity, helping them explore how their past may be shaping their present while discovering new ways forward.

Her approach is holistic and eclectic, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, psychodynamic theory, and Adlerian-based principles. She thoughtfully adapts her approach to each client’s unique story, strengths, and needs.

Clients do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. She is honored to walk alongside them as they move toward greater clarity, resilience, and a life that feels more authentically their own.

Outside of the therapy room, Taylor enjoys reading, backpacking, and exploring new hobbies.
