  • Yes. We offer telehealth sessions for clients located in Idaho at the time of their appointment. All states have different Telehealth laws and we are able to see clients in some other states sometimes, please check with your provider.

  • Yes. If you are in in Idaho during your session, telehealth is available. Please check with your provider if you are traveling or moving to see what the laws are in the state you plan to travel to or move to.

  • Yes. We serve clients in Boise and throughout the Treasure Valley, including Meridian, Eagle, and Nampa.

  • Therapy is a collaborative process where both you and your therapist bring strengths into the work. We focus on creating a supportive environment for healing, growth, and progress toward your goals.

  • Our rates are $210 for a therapy intake and annual review, $185 for a 50 to 55 minute session, $140 for a 40 to 45 minute session, and $100 for a 30 minute session.

  • Yes. We accept several insurance providers and also offer private pay options.
